The Vlinderhuisje is a simple detached and affordable accommodation located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The cottage has its own entrance. Relax completely in an attractive guest house. The well-maintained guest house is located on a spacious enclosed property in the outskirts between Loenen and Klarenbeek. A loyal visitor to our property is the badger that lives in this region. Furthermore, you regularly see squirrels in the garden. The place is quiet and has a lot of privacy. Nice authentic building built in 1895 in the center of Apeldoorn. Shops, restaurants, market and the station are all within walking distance. The fully furnished studio includes a bedroom and living area and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200), which can easily be converted into two single beds. The living area has a cozy sitting area and a separate dining area in the conservatory.

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Welcome to Roos & Beek The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the outskirts of Vaassen on the Nijmolense stream where you can now also follow the Klompenpad of the same name.
