There are both morning and evening terraces with dining area, cozy corners and a barbecue area, from which there is a scenic view, as well as a large lawn for ball games and play. A trail system leads from the cottage to dunes and to one of Denmark's best beaches as well as to the city center with a supermarket, restaurants, fish shop/eatery, ice cream parlors, tennis, skating and soccer fields as well as plenty of opportunities for beautiful hiking/biking in the area.

Enjoy the view of Kattegat from the home or terrace. Just 150 meters to a nice and child-friendly beach. Walk along the beach promenade or use the house's bicycles 3 km into Sæby harbor. The house is completely renovated and is located in a beautiful natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at the nearby campsite - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. The home is approximately 68 m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom. 1 floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

The house is surrounded by trees and is in a secluded location in quiet surroundings. The house has a lovely south-facing covered terrace with good shelter. The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the house's cosy rooms. The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday with really good opportunities for experiences within a short distance.

Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.
