Klarahuset

Original southern house from 1850. Significantly renovated winter and spring 2019. The house originally stood another place, and was moved to the place it now stands in the 1900s. The house is full of charm that we've chosen to keep. Among other things, floors and walls are crooked. But the traveler itself is right. Windows are leveled, but parts of living room and rooms either. This means that you either love the house, or annoy yourself. The floors have been sanded down to the original floor from the 1900s. The outdoor area is upgraded with plating.

End plot with unfinished grounds, outdoor furniture, barbecue and fire pit. Whether you come to attend Arendalsuka, visit beautiful southern countries or work on short term assignments, this place is ideal for you.

dazzling SeaView apartment

the apartment has a fantastic sea view and an all year open jacuzzi (room for 7 people). Big bedroom with 180cm bed. bedroom 2 has bunk beds 140x200 and 90x200. bedroom 2 is not yet connected to the apartment (see pictures). sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! if there's anything at all, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Beautiful house and location in Norway by the sea.

Like ved fjorden og havet. Sti ned til privat nes to minutter unna. Mange bade plasser Fiske plasser. Nærhet til Sørlandet Feriesenter. Risør sentrum. Turområder overalt. Nord-Europa største Gjettegryter. Trebåtfestival. Fredelig og stille i endevei. Stor vest vendt terasse med grill. Nydelig område og utsikt. Helt unikt! Og mulig å være flere enn 8 personer. Denne plassen får utrolig mye skryt😊 usjenerte plasser. Nydelig utsikt!
