Este dotat cu toate cele ce sunt de intrebuintare: -Cablu tv si televizor -Aer conditionat -Masina de spalat -Cuptor cu microunde, prajitor de paine, plita cu inductie, vesela completa Pozitionat intr-o zona linistita, la 5 minute de plaja. La parterul cladirii se afla supermarketul "La Doi Pasi".

Casa Ortviken oferă spre închiriere camere duble, suite si apartamente. Locația este noua, situată in Eforie Sud, in cartierul nou intr-o zona linistita. In apropierea locatiei se afla un magazin alimentar si 3 parcuri pt copii recent amenajate. Accesul la sauna, salina si sala de sport este gratuit. Toate camerele sunt prevăzute cu terasa, baie proprie, tv smart si wi-fi. In curtea proprietații exista spații amenajate pt gratar si petrecerea timpului in aer liber.

Los huéspedes comparten una cocina equipada y pueden disfrutar del jardín, perfecto para relajarse con un libro. Las habitaciones están en la planta superior de una casa familiar, y la anfitriona vive en la planta baja, siempre dispuesta a ayudar.

Se ajunge usor la plaja salbatica Tuzla (20 minute mers pe jos, 5 minute cu masina personala) sau in statiunile din apropiere Eforie Sud, Costinesti etc. Un magazin Lidl se afla peste strada precum si alte magazine in apropiere.
