We created modern space(100sqm) located in a semi-central zone(15 minutes walk from the center) Built with a clean, modern European design and high-end finishes, with 1 Living room, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms suitable for four people. The whole floor has AC, the bathroom comes with shower gel, shampoo and hairconditioner. We are so happy to share our space with guests who are looking to use it as a retreat to reconnect with family and friends, but please note that this is not a party rental.

As a sleeping amenity you'll have a comfortable mattress. The apartment also has a kitchenette with espresso machine and a microwave to prepare and heat your food :) Nearby you will find lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee houses.

It has a living room, 2 separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom and a large terrace which opens to the garden, where you can have your morning coffee :) We have available only 1 parking place in our internal courtyard, and is free. Most of the city attractions are very close by, so it is a perfect base to explore the city :)
