Located on a family farm, your front yard is a pecan grove, your side yard is a hayfield, and your back yard is woods. Sit a spell on the deep front porch (a great place to watch a thunderstorm roll through, or listen to the train whistle off in the distance while enjoying your after dinner drink), or enjoy sitting around the firepit and watching the fireflies dance in the hayfield. The Sugar Shack Cottage, with Hot Tub, King Bed New home Located in Historic Mill Town and near the famous rail tracks of Tupelo, step right on in and open the plantation shutters to a light and bright brand- new bungalow cottage filled with mid -century modern, bohemian and 70’s Hippy vibes. You will find a record player with some 70s and other good music, a few lava lamps, a salt rock lamp, and lots of conversation pieces. We are close to everything in downtown Tupelo.

Please note the house is close to the famous downtown train so you may hear the engine horn at night.
