There is a possible use of the swimming pool or the possibility of barbecue with the owners. Beautiful surrounding nature, many cultural and natural attractions such as Kokořín Castle, Houska, Bezděz, Pokličky, Máchovo Lake, historical centre of Mělník, car museum in Mladá Bol. In Šemanovice, cultural events are held in the Nostalgic Mouse Restaurant and there is also a smaller Semafor Theatre Museum.

Beautiful, fully equipped 3-room house with private garden. The house is design-oriented. It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) including a hood, a double bed and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
