It is situated 15 minutes from the archaeological site—home to a museum and the ruins of one of the oldest pre-Hispanic civilizations—where you can admire the region's diverse flora and fauna. In our backyard, which was once a Toltec settlement, you can feel the ancestral energy and delight in watching the local birds, butterflies, and dragonflies.

Fully equipped house 3 bedrooms + 1 service room Great for families / parks very close by. The pool does NOT have heating, it is used at room temperature. It may vary depending on the weather. The pool does NOT have a heater The mandatory cost is the cleaning person and you pay them directly 650 pesos per day with hours from 9 am to 4 pm

Each room has its own full bathroom. Note: The golf cart works well, but the batteries only last long enough to play 9 holes. The subdivision requests an official ID from each guest.
