Ocean View Cliff, Arraial do Cabo A beach house with three bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite, and one of which is a bungalow outside the house. Tropical style, with a 180-degree view of the ocean, this house is located on a cliff, within the Costa do Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an infinity-edge pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand-up paddleboarding and mountain biking can be done daily. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car on a dirt road separate the house from the city center. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It is the easternmost point of the ocean toward Patagonia. It also allows pets and smokers.
