The whole family can relax in a quiet accommodation in a country style. 200-year-old cottage with a ground floor apartment heated by air conditioning and/or wood stove. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

Spacious and bright apartment for year-round vacation

Newly renovated spacious and bright apartment in close proximity to ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou (you can walk in skis). Smaller resorts (Duncan, Mladé Buky) can also be reached on foot. Parking is in a public parking lot in front of the house. In close proximity there is a supermarket, playground and restaurant with great beer and burgers. The place is great not only in winter for skiing, but also for cycling, hiking and car trips. There are many attractions within reach. The ideal place for a family holiday in the Giant Mountains!

A beautiful cottage, which is our dream come true, that we are happy to share with you. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. Spacious first floor apartment with a large garden in the centre of a small village near Adrspassko-teplicke rocks. A great starting point for both small and big journeys in this lovely region. Easily accessible by car, train or bus. Comfortable accommodation for up to four people (children's bed and a baby cot available on request). Our guests are welcome to enjoy all the perks of our garden, including strawberries, blueberries, etc. A small shop and a small inn are just across the road.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!
