Two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room are available for shared use (a roommate and I). The sunny roof terrace, surrounded by greenery, is lovely—perfect for relaxing. Shopping facilities are just around the corner, the city center is just a 20-minute drive away, and the trade fair center is just 15 minutes away.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

A TOP room with a direct connection to the Munich TRADE FAIR, which is furnished with antique furniture. Shops, restaurants and cafes are very convenient and within walking distance and many beautiful green areas invite you to take a walk. Ideal for trade fair visitors - only 5 stops directly to "Messestadt Ost" with the U2 line, Josephsburg U-Bahn [subway] station. Towels and linens are included. If desired, small breakfast for an extra charge of €5.

The apartments are modernly furnished with designer furniture and fully equipped with bed 2x1.30 m as well as high-quality fitted wardrobes and kitchenettes with fridge, microwave and glass-ceramic stovetop and flat screen as well as protected logggias/ balconies. Fast Wi-Fi is already included in the rental price. You immediately feel at home in our modern apartments.

Our semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area. The guest room is on the first floor and has a small balcony. Guests receive the WLAN code. Unfortunately, we cannot offer breakfast, but guests will be shown how to use the coffee machine. A bakery is nearby and is also open on sunday.

The house is located in the east of Munich in the Trudering district with lots of greenery and smaller houses. Nearby is the Buga Park and the Riem Exhibition Center. There is a connection to public transport.
