The house is located on the outskirts of Olomouc in a quiet location by the river Bystřice, which is lined with a cycle path. Excellent for walks and there is also a small children's playground. The accommodation is suitable for families with children and pets.

Beautiful luxury apartment with whirlpool bath for 2 people. A few minutes walk to the center... right next to Flora Park and Pavilion A Flora. At the tram station stop "Wolkerova". Not far from the Hospital. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. Free parking in front of the house (already behind the paid zone). Free internet - wifi. The disadvantage is 5 floor without elevator :-) .. At present, the building is undergoing insulation and a new façade.
