Warm welcome to our guest apartment! NOTE: 5 July - 4 August 2025: Minimum 3 nights stay. Here you have your own entrance, extensive view of Trondheim, two spacious bedrooms with lots of sleeping places, large living room and great bathroom with sauna. Kitchen is equipped with all you need and the table can be pulled out and make room for more! Park outside, or take the metro bus every 10 meters to Trondheim city center in 12 meters. Walking distance to bus, shop, pharmacy, and playgrounds.

Velkommen til Sverresborg, Byåsen! I dette huset får du en romslig stue med peis, et stort spiseområde, fire soverom, et velutstyrt kjøkken, en innholdsrik garderobe samt to bad. Det finnes også badstue for ekstra velvære. Boligen inneholder balkong i 2.etasje og veranda på bakkenivå. Badene vil ta deg med på en liten tidsreise tilbake til sent 90- og tidlig 2000-tall, med klassiske detaljer fra epoken. De er fullt funksjonelle og romslige, men får beholde sin originale sjarm inntil videre…

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Inne i stuen er 2 store stuer som innbyr til sosialt samvær. Stort kjøkken som er rikt utstyrt.

Infrared sauna in basement and hot tub on terrace. Gym equipment in garage - treadmill, rack, barbell, weight plates, kettlebells, dumbbells and box.

Relax in a spacious and cozy home with a gorgeous view of the city. It is located close to the Kyvatnet lake and the Bymarka with hiking paths and cross-country skiing trails. Good bus and tram connections to the centre and outdoor facilities, including the Granåsen Ski Centre. Free parking is available on the property. If needed, additional sleeping places could be arranged in the office and in the living room.

Cozy rustic apartment just five minutes walk from Trondheim Torg and the city center. The event center "Trondheim Spectrum" is just three minutes walk from the apartment. This 85m^2 apartment contains one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a big livingroom.
