Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Rural hideaway between Hamburg and Lübeck

Our apartment close to nature is located on a residual farm in a former barn building reconstructed in 2017, the last house in the village, behind it only nature. The property is about 35,000 square meters with gardens, meadow and Billewald forest. It is about 35 km to the city centers of Hamburg or Lübeck. The Eulenspiegel city of Mölln and Ratzeburg are also worth a visit. Various Baltic Sea resorts are easily accessible. Kids love to feed our chickens or ride along with the tractor.

The apartment has a large balcony, a large living room, a small bedroom as well as a larger dining area with kitchen, where the sleeping berth is. Located in a quiet village, it is only 30 minutes (by car) to Hamburg city center or Lübeck. Right nearby are recreational areas and beautiful forests. In the village there is a large horse farm and there are two good restaurants.

This area is in the outskirts of Hamburg. However the city center is only 25 minutes away. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. You can reach the bus within 4 minutes. The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.
