Capetan Nikolas Boat House

In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

Dating back to the 19th century, this meticulously renovated windmill offers a one-of-a-kind retreat. Spread across two floors, the windmill features a cozy living room on the ground floor & a comfortable bedroom with an attached WC on the upper floor. Step outside and be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf of Adamas.

Set in Plaka Milou, 2.4 km from Gerania Beach and 2.4 km from Catacombs of Milos, Sunset Nest, offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. We are located in Triovasalos village, where the closest beaches are Fyropotamos, Plathiena and Sarakiniko. Plaka, the capital city of the island, is only 800m away. By foot you can also reach Tripiti village, the Ancient Roman Theatre, Catacombes and the fishing villages Klima and Mandrakia.
