Guests have their own private garden, tables, fire pit, river lounging and parking area separate from the main house. Full laundry, fireplaces, air conditioning and well-appointed kitchens. Firewood, towels, bathing and kitchen supplies are all included. We also have Unlimited WIFI and the river is at your door. Great for fisherman and families.

The cabin’s translucent pop-up window opens into a covered awning, giving you a front-row seat to the forest, no matter the weather, while the mosquito netting keeps the bugs away. Lower level has studio that is an Airbnb, completely separate, with separate outdoor space & parking. Well appointed and energy efficient with double pain windows. Lots of wildlife viewings with deer in the yard and sometimes horses next door. Netflix and laundry facilities. Brand new carpet and no pets.

Comfortable vacation home with mountain views in Weaverville. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants and stores. There are two bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed, a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and full size fold up bed in living room. Two full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. There is an extra drive way for boat parking. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted.

The Bears' Den at River Rock Gardens & Cottages

The Bears' Den is one of three unique separate cottages on our property. It is a cozy studio cottage with a king bed and a twin, sleeping a family of 3. It has a small kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and small refrigerator. It is not designed for full cooking...more for snacks. We can provide a charcoal BBQ. You bring your own charcoal. It is located near the pool and a short stroll to the Trinity River and decks for relaxing.

Our yurt is a place of tranquility & fun in the round. It’s a perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation. You have private river access located next to the Strawhouse Cafe’ across the street where you can swim, fish, relax, and/or hike nearby trails. The kitchen has a mini fridge, air fryer, toaster oven, induction plate & microwave and is stocked with cups, plates, silverware, etc. Charcoal BBQ is in share area outside.
