Welcome to this newly built house in Trillevallen, which contains two apartments of 92 m² each, where the living room has a ceiling height of five meters! Each apartment has a total of four bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor, a sauna and a pleasant kitchen solution as well as a fireplace in the living room. Everything you need to enhance your mountain experience. It is 300 meters to Alpina and 40 meters to hiking and cross-country trails. During the summer months, there may be reindeer in Trillevallen, they sometimes seek shade at the cottages.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

The cabin by Storån

A warm welcome to this unique and quiet accommodation right by Storån. A wonderful place for nature lovers. There is a private jetty for the bathing enthusiast. There is also a fireplace by the river where you can barbecue and enjoy the view. The accommodation consists of a small log cabin which, despite its size, has most amenities. If you're lucky, you can see the otter catching fish while you're having breakfast. Storån is a popular place for fly fishing. A five-minute walk from the cottage, you have a large, nice sandy beach at Ottsjön.

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Welcome to our newly built apartment building that contains 2 mirror-inverted apartments in top class! In these apartments you will find 4 bedrooms. 2 on the upper floor and 2 on the lower floor. Downstairs, there is a larger bathroom with laundry facilities and a cozy sauna. In the open, lovely kitchen that is combined with the living room, there is also a stove to be able to warm up a little extra or create a lovely atmosphere. Relax with the whole family in our nice cottage. A few meters to many nice miles of well-prepared cross-country ski trails and close to the Trillevallen lift system, just a few hundred meters to the drag lift that easily takes you to the hill. In the summer, there are hiking trails, swimming and kayaking nearby. The cottage is perfect for families with children, three spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, bathroom and sauna. Possibility to charge the electric car, charging is paid separately.

Cozy mountain cabin in lovely Trillevallen. In winter, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in Trillevallen's many family-friendly slopes and prepared trails. Cross-country trails and transport lift to the ski resort are just a stone's throw away. Summer time trail running, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, paddling and swimming. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort Åre, which offers shopping, entertainment and restaurants. 5-minute walk to Trillevallen's high mountain hotel.

Modern mountain cabin

Welcome to a modern mountain home for the whole family. Here you can relax in front of the fire and enjoy the view of the mountain world that is glimpsed between the treetops. Wood-fired sauna on the plot completed in January 2024. Nice cross-country tracks and groomed joints are just outside the door. Trillevallen's ski area offers both easily accessible off piste and a large children's area and good backlunch. Transport lift to the ski area is a few hundred meters from the house.
