The villa is surrounded by greenery, externally you will find a beautiful swimming pool divided into two areas 45 square meters of salt water at a natural temperature that is always open. The 20-square-meter relaxation area with whirlpools is covered by an electronic shutter and is heated all year round. Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

The house is finely renovated according to the ancient local construction techniques, composed of a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.

Wonderful house in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a the small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.
