Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

During the renovation, we tried to preserve the authentic, family atmosphere that has always made it a special place for us. It opens onto a large terrace with a garden and a view of the hill, shaded by a large, almost century-old laurel tree from which it takes its name. Located a short walk from the centre, with an 18th-century church, a pharmacy, bars, restaurants, a pizzeria and a lovely ice cream parlour.
