Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.
