When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Our caravan, where we once, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable scent that sways slightly in the wind as if on a boat. Parked in a pen with sheep and bees. If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than grains of sand in all the seas of the world, and soak your feet in the dew in the morning, you will fall in love with it.

The Timber House was constructed for those that can appreciate simple perfection. It has its own spacious garden, a sauna and relax area, and is close to nature.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
