Delightful 1930s home, classified 3*, carefully restored and revamped, with a pleasant enclosed garden, located in a peaceful residential area adjoining the city center of Paray le Monial, illustrious sanctuary city "du Sacre Coeur". Cosy and cozy atmosphere. The house consists of 3 bedrooms including two spacious and comfortable with high quality bedding. The living/dining room is warm with a through light and a pellet stove.

"Like a vacation air..." Villa with pool, balneo and veranda. Its wooded garden and veranda give it a country air while being close to shops. From sunny days, you can enjoy its swimming pool from May to September. And in the meantime, you can relax in the balneo bathtub or you can cozy up in front of a wood fire (or not there is also an electric heater).
