Our cottage is one of the few properties in St Agnes, a five minute walk from the beach. The lounge has smart tv with a lovely log burning stove. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, the master having tv/ en-suite with large rain shower. Also Separate double bedroom downstairs and bathroom with large rain shower. The exterior/open fire, bbq, tree swings, large sun drenched stunning garden with 5 separate seating areas.

Homestead Cottage -Stunning Sea and Sunset View

Newly renovated traditional cosy stone cottage overlooking the sea with beautiful views across St Agnes Head. Situated in the small hamlet of Higher Bal as short walk to St Agnes village. Stunning sunsets at the right time of year with plenty of parking outside. There are abundant mine buildings around this area including the Wheal Coates Mine. It is a great area for walking with beautiful views. Close by are the sandy beaches of Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth with rock pools and caves.

Kath's Cottage has full free WIFI and is located on a purpose built holiday village available all year round, with facilities that include heated indoor pool, sauna, tennis courts, play ground, crazy golf, club / bar with wifi, pool table and takeaway. Located on the quiet side of the village, we back onto farm field's with views of St Agnes beacon and the sea. NOTE: Club facilities are open from March to October. We provide bed linen (except for the travel cot) sorry we do not provide Towels.
