This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

This beautiful Cornish cottage is set in stunning countryside near to the bustling town of Wadebridge and the pretty harbour of Padstow. The cottage is a cosy and well furbished self catering holiday home set around a flagstone courtyard with a traditional Cornish Inn at one end. It comfortably sleeps 4 and up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement. Lavender Cottage overlooks the Camel Estuary towards Padstow and the Camel Trail is easily accessible from the lane next to the property.

With an outside tap to rinse off, our annexe is ideal for cyclists, surfer’s, walkers or windsurfers. Relax on the private patio after a hard day sightseeing. Pets & infants welcome.

The Beach is a pleasant stroll away through the fields down to Porthilly and along past the sailing club. Its only a few minutes away from the village and amenities, which include a delicatessen, bakery, fish & chips shop, butchers and general store. Within the local area there are a wealth of excellent restaurants and pubs.

The Apple at the Orchard is a unique, self contained timber framed building on the outskirts of Wadebridge, Cornwall. The Apple sits in the gardens of Jon and Lucy’s house, The Orchard. You will not fail to relax in this lovely quiet hamlet. We are located on the edge of the beautiful town of Wadebridge which is a mere 15 minute walk from your accommodation. We are also close to the famous Camel Trail which leads to either Padstow/Bodmin/Poleys Bridge by bike or on foot so do feel free to bring your bikes! There are some very accessible footpaths across some beautiful countryside right on our doorstep. Most importantly there are great restaurants, cafes and pubs not far away.

Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
