This new modern home is anything but ordinary. With four 11 foot windows lining the front of the home it allows for the space to feel light and airy. The bright interior is a perfect contrast to the exterior. Located in a quite neighborhood close to Newbury Neck Beach. This home offers parking, WIFI, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor lounge area. Just a short drive will put you in the heart of Blue Hill where you’ll find great restaurants and cafes. Acadia National Park is just 30 miles away.

Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

In the other direction, an easy 10 minute drive to Ellsworth, 29 minutes to Newbury Neck Beach, 30 minutes to Blue Hill. The perfect place to return to get away from the crowds and unwind after a day of exploring. Monthly discount will only be accepted when requesting to book months November through May.
