The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. Trenance Boating lake & Gardens are just 500yrds away, with the Zoo, park & local swimming pools. This is ideal for families & couples looking for something bit more special in there self catering apartment. Kenmere House has almost a Mediterranean feel about and 2021 has seen a complete refurbishment for the whole property, which you’ll love for your stay. :-)

The Garden Retreat is a lovely, recently created space providing guests with their own private garden and seating, a comfy bedroom, including sofa area and ensuite with a large shower. We are in a fantastic location close to great amenities and a 5-10 min walk from 3 stunning beaches. It is part of our home, has it's own entrance and is separate to the main house. We will share a garden path and you may well see us out and about but we will leave you relaxed and peaceful to enjoy your own space

Our home is located perfectly for you to enjoy a holiday in Newquay! We are very close to several beautiful beaches. Tesco express is conveniently a 2 minute walk away. Newquay Sea-side town is only a 5 minute walk and has many bars and restaurants. We are also very close to many popular Newquay attractions, such as Newquay Zoo, Trenance Boating Lake & Park, Newquay Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool and Soft Play. You can also visit us by train as Newquay Train Station is only a 5 minute walk away.

Newly furnished and decorated , this lovely property is ideal for 2 couples or a great family holiday. It’s in a fabulous peaceful location yet a few minutes walk from many amenities including the Zoo, Waterpark, Heron Tennis and the new Skate and Trampoline parks. Beautiful beaches with surfing and water sports activities, plus shops and restaurants are an easy walk away. The house is spacious, stylish and modern with a south facing garden to enjoy the Cornish sunshine and relaxing evenings.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

We are just 10 minutes from the airport and train station with good transport links to other locations around the county.
