Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

The house sits in the middle of the bay D' AUDIERNE not far from the tip of the TORCH. Villa located in Natura 2000 Natural Zone. Sea view (800 m) and supervised beach access.(KERMABEC) ON foot: 20 minutes By bike: 7 minutes By car: 4 minutes Refund €150 on cleaning fee: house returned correct.

We look forward to welcoming you to a pretty little 28 m2 house with all the comforts, a bedroom on the mezzanine floor, a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress (baby bed) at your disposal, a TV lounge, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, bath towels and bed linen provided, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, a small equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee maker). During your stay, you will meet our 3 friendly cats! For cleaning if not done €60. Thank you
