At the beginning of the Pink Granite Coast, ideally located in the heart of the village of Perros-Guirec and within walking distance of the beaches of Trestraou and Trestrignel, this traditional pink granite house, completely renovated, is organized between a 100 m² terrace towards the sea and a small enclosed garden. You just need to walk 100 m on Rue des 7 Iles to reach the stairs leading to the beach and you are 2 minutes from the shops. The house sleeps 3 families very comfortably.

Marine decoration, 3 bedrooms including one with a remote working area, wood stove to warm up your winter evenings. Ideal for romantic getaways, family vacations, friends or quiet telework breaks. On the edge of the GR 34 for beautiful walks. Numerous possibilities by bike as well. I'd be happy to share my secret spots.
