Large Perrosian villa in a great location.

At the beginning of the Pink Granite Coast, ideally located in the heart of the village of Perros-Guirec and within walking distance of the beaches of Trestraou and Trestrignel, this traditional pink granite house, completely renovated, is organized between a 100 m² terrace towards the sea and a small enclosed garden. You just need to walk 100 m on Rue des 7 Iles to reach the stairs leading to the beach and you are 2 minutes from the shops. The house sleeps 3 families very comfortably.

Ideally located between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trébeurden. The Sentier des Douaniers (GR34) that goes around the island and the beach are very close to the house. Convenience store (grocery store, bar, restaurant) within walking distance, water sports center 300 m from the house, beach 200 m away.
