4**** labellisé meublé tourisme 2022 . Ty brao se situe à 900 m de la 1ère plage , 2 minutes en voiture de la plage du royau et du Gr 34 mais aussi à 4 mn de la plage de Trestel , 5mn du village . Pôle animé avec ses restaurants , la pizzeria Ty gwen ⭐️⭐️⭐️ , son école de surf .....boulangerie bio . les filles du bord de mer , bar. Notre cottage en ossature bois avec ses grandes baies vitrées sur un grand terrain boisé offre une très belle vue mer . Nous ne recevons pas d'animaux.

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Le canal de Nantes à Brest, l’abbaye de Bon-Repos et le lac de Guerlédan sont tout proches. Baignade, balades, activités nautiques, commerces et piscine sont accessibles en quelques minutes. Le gîte La Pommeraie-Avalon est niché dans un écrin de verdure et au calme tout près de la mer (une des chambres à vue sur mer). La maison de 70 m² indépendante dispose de 2 étages avec au rez de chaussée, une spacieuse pièce à vivre donnant sur 2 terrasses extérieures sans vis à vis. Hors-saison, le poêle à bois est très apprécié, au retour de ballades de bord de mer (toute proche). Le parking est privatif et au plus près de la maison.

Cette petite maison de pêcheur est idéale pour découvrir une partie de la Bretagne, depuis Trégastel au Fort La Latte sans oublier les charmes de l'intérieur, les Landes de Liscuis, Bon Repos, les Monts d'Arrée... Vous serez au calme, à l'abri des regards et à quelques mètres à pied du bourg,de la plage et du GR 34. Etables est nichée entre Saint-Quay-Portrieux et Binic.
