My 70 m2 cottage can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby; on the ground floor there is the kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, toilet, laundry room. Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Just 2 steps from Dijon, and vineyards from the Burgundian coast, come and discover our charming homes. Located in a 18th century castle, we kept the charm and authenticity of this quiet place: very high ceiling, antique parquet floor, tiles, alcove for the bed. Looking for an extraordinary cozy nest, perfect for 2 people and a little one. (Possible 3rd person on extra bed) Brazey is the perfect spot between Dijon & Beaune and if you want to roam around Dijon without bothering with parking, no stress! The cottage is very close to Brazey train station, 3 minutes away. Last thing: For comfort, sheets and towels are provided, and we even added a hairdryer and iron for the most stylish!
