Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

I love it here and I'm happy to be able to show this corner of Bohemia to those who don't know it yet. The newly built chalet with views of the countryside meets all the requirements of modern accommodation. The strategic location of Chlum on the Austrian border allows you to experience two vacations: to enjoy domestic Třeboň and abroad. You can experience a holiday here in both the tranquility of nature and with activities (bike, swimming, golf). I will give you my tips for nice places. And don't forget: little is known, but the most beautiful one is here in the spring and fall.

Accommodation "U rybníčku"

The accommodation offers privacy—you have the entire unit to yourself. There are 2 beds in the bedroom and 2 beds on the sofa bed in the living room. You can enjoy the terrace with seating. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, the opportunity to go for walks or cycle in the nearby woods, and the chance to visit cultural attractions. The house stands at the end of a village near Jindřichův Hradec. Our family lives on the ground floor. Opportunity to fish in the local pond; by arrangement, it is possible to book a fishing permit or rent fishing rods from the owner.

Attic apartment by the pond

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

A fairytale cottage with a garden, Stevie's Wonderhouse

Are you looking for the perfect escape to nature, yet close to the city? The small house is located in a beautiful garden just 5 km from České Budějovice. It is an ideal oasis of peace for couples, families with children and enthusiastic travelers who want to discover the beauty of South Bohemia. The entire area is literally surrounded by greenery, so you can enjoy privacy and relaxation. 🐾 Dogs are welcome 🔥 Outside: gas grill, fire pit and covered seating area 🛋️ Inside: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen ⏰Checkout is not until 12:00 p.m.!

Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Bizingroff

Tiny House Bizingroff - peace, nature and design in one place. Looking for a place to slow down for a while? Our Tiny House is a cozy, modern house in nature, surrounded by forests and ponds. A minimalist but thoughtful interior and private wellness in the form of a hot tub and sauna (sauna not included) await you. The house is for everyone who loves peace, nature and wants to enjoy more than just a night's sleep. It's an experience where you slow down, recharge your batteries and take home memories that you won't forget.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Chalet Blatnice

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Deer Apartment

Designer apartment in the style of a mountain chalet with a fireplace and terrace, in a quiet village on the edge of České Budějovice and a short distance from Český Krumlov. Put your feet on the table and relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The apartment is located on the first floor and has two separate bedrooms with king size beds. There is also a living room with dining area, sofa and kitchen with bar.

Your whole family will relax in this quiet place to stay. Enjoy a carefree stay in beautiful nature in the heart of southern Bohemia. Bicycle path in front of the door, swimming and aquapark nearby, playground in the village square, tennis courts within reach. For history lovers, there are certainly many castles and chateaux in the area. Sightseeing flights are available at a nearby airport.
