The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

In Trébeurden, pink granite coast, in the most sought after area of Lan Kerellec, close to the beach, you will be in the spacious living room communicating on the terrace as in an aquarium. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a sea view. If you come with children, one of the 3 bedrooms will be equipped with 4 single beds. The beach of Roc'h Ascoat is 2 steps from the house. Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Beautiful bright apartment.

Very nice apartment of 52m2 located 50 m from the beach "Octo Termen" and the port. Living room, very bright living room with fitted kitchen. (Oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, ...) Washing machine. Two bedrooms: One with a bed of 160 and the other with a bed of 140 . Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Private parking and a cellar are also available. Very nice balcony with sunbed and garden furniture.
