New fully equipped kitchen (Oct 2021). 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds. Sofa bed in the living room. Downtown with its terraces and restaurants and market square 3 minutes' walk away. Close to the beach and marina. Garage, and easy parking spaces in front of the residence.

Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Private apartment of 85 m2 on the first floor of a house to which you access by an external staircase you have a view of the sea which is 200 m away ,a pedestrian path brings you there, A crib and a safety gate for the stairs on request. Fully enclosed lot. The children will find board games, DVDs and toys on the other hand now that I live there I have a very nice but impressive dog
