Don't look for romantic views from the windows of the surrounding hills, but a well-equipped cozy base for your trips to the surrounding area, with all civic amenities at hand. Shared entrance to the house with the owners, who live with their family on the two upper floors. From the hallway, there is a private entrance to the apartment, from which there is also an entrance to the common garden, on the first floor. Total 65 m2 (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen). Opened in 06.2019. Outdoor seating by the shared pool.
