The Residence on the Trebbia

A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.

There is also an outdoor space: the garden is shared and is mainly used as a through area, but it still provides a pleasant spot to relax, for example, to read a few pages or have a coffee. The sea, train and bus are a 10-minute walk downhill. The centre of Genoa is about 30 minutes away by car.

It is a recently renovated house from the early 1900s with a private entrance and courtyard, consisting of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, large double bedroom and second double bedroom.
