Urlaub in Timmendorfer Strand mit gleichzeitigem Rückzugsort für Pausen vom Tourismustrubel. In unserer FeWo am Hemmelsdorfer See genießen Sie die Tage an der Ostsee wie Sie gerade Lust haben. Mit dem Fahrrad in 7 Min. bis zur Strandpromenade (ohne Parkplatzsuche), Baden, Bummeln oder Eisessen oder zu Fuß von der Haustür aus am exklusiven Badezugang ein Bad im See nehmen und einen Drink in der Abendsonne genießen. Es steht ein Grill, eine Playstation5 und ein Parkplatz mit Wallbox zur Verfügung.

Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Wir möchten, dass Ihr Euren Alltag einfach mal hinter Euch lassen könnt und Euch in unseren Ferienwohnungen wohlfühlt. Daher legen wir großen Wert auf eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Haustiere sind ebenfalls in einigen Ferienwohnungen herzlich willkommen. Achtung: Die Wohnungen A + B unterscheiden sich nicht von der Ausstattung oder vom Stil. Lediglich der Blick nach draußen kann minimal abweichen.

Lovingly refurbished detached house with 80m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or a tour of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: approx. 25min to Lübeck, 40min to Schwerin, 45min to the Baltic Sea beach or 50min to Hamburg City.

This sunny 3-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of our three-family house. A town villa from 1913 just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the river Trave with a quiet, sunny courtyard. The accommodation has been extensively renovated by us to make it energy efficient. We have preserved the original charm of the accommodation with high rooms, old doors and pitch pine floors. It is very centrally located in the quiet and popular Fehlingstraße.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

The house "Feldrain" is part of a small ensemble of 4 wooden vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Coconut in the beach house

On the 1700 square meters large and well-kept property are the main house with the apartment Strandgut, compass, coconut and lookout and the four cottages port, starboard, captain and cabin. The houses are really winter-proof wooden houses and are also rented all year round. Each unit has its own terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the sun. Or they can sit under the 100 + year old maple tree in summer.
