At the gate of the Guard, on the shore of the Ivy Lake, we are waiting for those who want to relax and enjoy the beach, water sports, hiking, biking, fishing in a wonderful natural environment. There is a separate fenced dog-friendly beach in addition to the well-kept, shaded beach, buffets, and promenade. The apartment is on the north side of the house, so the temperature does not heat above 24°C on the hottest summer days, and an air cooler also supports the ideal climate. Shopping options (Aldi) can be reached within a 10-minute walk. The cottage is comfortable for 6+2 people: 2 bedrooms+ 1 door separable living room.
