Centrally located, mins from the town centre, my townhouse has two double and a single bedroom. One ensuite and a bathroom upstairs. Full kitchen/dining area and living room downstairs. Parking in front and patio to the rear. Perfect for couples, families and adventurers. Starting point for the Wild Atlantic Way and Ring of Kerry. Please do not charge your car at the house as this will incur a cost €20/night. Supervalu and the Brandon hotel carpark have charging points just minutes away.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home just a five minute walk from the town centre and the many amenities it has to offer. The Aqua dome, Tralee Bay Wetlands, Cinema are also just a few minutes walk away. The home is located in a very quiet area with a well maintained park just metres from the front door. This home offers a great base to explore the South West of Ireland including the Ring of Kerry and the newly opened Greenway cycle route to Fenit.

My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

Sofa bed, single fold up bed and baby travel cot makes it perfect for small families. our family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
