Havre de paix entre Orléans et Pithiviers, dans une clairière de 22 ha en forêt d'Orléans, attenant à notre habitation. Le gîte (85m²) se situe dans une ancienne étable , à 5 km de Neuville aux Bois. Tout équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, etc...) 3 chambres (3 lits 90, 2 lits 140 ). Terrasse , jardin privatif sans vis à vis, barbecue, barques/pédalos, pêche, grande aire de jeux à l'abri, baby foot, ping pong, instruments (batterie, guitares, synthé, djembés) Horaires flexibles.

Accès indépendant avec stationnement privé. Terrasse, salon de jardin et barbecue à disposition pour des moments de détentes. Le logement fait 70m², il vient d'être rénové et dispose de tout l'électroménager (lave-linge/sèche linge, lave-vaisselle,...). Tous commerces sur la commune, Loury est situé à 25 minutes d'Orléans, proche de la Loire et de la forêt domaniale.
