Located in the countryside less than 2 hours from PARIS, 20 minutes from ÉTRETAT, the proximity of FECAMP will offer you the opportunity to enjoy the city center (less than 5 minutes), its beach and the sea (10 minutes) as well as its Fisheries Museum. The south-facing house is built on a partially enclosed 3000 m2 wooded lot.

The 1949 franc

Completely renovated house, in bricks and flint, its name "Le franc 1949" comes from a coin found during the renovation work, the former craftsmen of 1949 had placed it in the wall above the entrance, a good luck custom of the time.
