Common courtyard with private garden area with barbecue and parking.Two rooms on the shaded courtyard side are not air-conditioned,all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Sale of vegetables and flowers on the property according to season. Fresh produce stand 2 times a week at 1 min walk.
