It is located on a main road, in a small quiet village, close to the city center of Tonnay Boutonne 3 min by car. Village with all shops (cinema, bar, restaurant, bakery, tobacco press, delicatessen, coop, pharmacy bank, hairdresser, beautician, park on the edge of Boutonne, city children's park) 15 min from Saint Jean d'Angély, 35 min from Rochefort and Fouras. Motorway 10 min away.

Wildlife comes and goes as it pleases. There is one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a recently renovated bathroom, and a private outdoor spa to sink into after a relaxing day. Cognac country is on the doorstep and the Atlantic coast is close too. The ideal spot for time away for two.
