It offers all the amenities you would want from a modern home such as a washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. The house was built in 2022 and from the patio and loft you can see the sea. Place to sit and eat both inside and outside, even the possibility to barbecue. In a few minutes on foot, you are down and diving into the sea. On the entrance level, there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and in the loft, there are 4 mattresses (80 cm). Parking space at Framnäs (Björkö) is available to borrow when you rent this accommodation.

We offer our 149 square meter new builded house and associated large balcony for rent. Lower floor: Hall, two guest rooms (two single beds + one double bed), family room (two tent beds), bathroom with laundry room. Upper floor: Living room with kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed), balcony. Other: Near playground, free parking, grills, close to sea and grocery stores, 5 minutes to bus stop (19 minute bustrip to downtown). Age limit: At least 30 years old for person in charge of the booking.

Underbart skärgårdshus vid havet med havsutsikt i de flesta rum. Öppen planlösning, ljust och vackert. 6 riktiga sängplatser och ytterligare 4 personer kan sova på bäddsoffor och resesängar. Fin trädgård och underbar natur precis utanför dörren. Havet med härlig badplats finns på badrocksavstånd. Wifi och internet inkluderat. Wonderful pool in the newly renovated room (80 m2) with a sauna and shower. Lovely balcony with a magic sea view over the horizon. Both bathrooms are newly renovated . Perfect house for two families, lovely nature experience. Housekeeping, sheets and towels are included as a service.
