Quiet and relaxing outdoor space thanks to its pool and terraces with pleasant views where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. Access to the house by car and own parking. The house consists of a typical Mallorcan entrance, living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with washer and dryer. This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Very quiet and sunny, an incomparable setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its conservation of the environment. The house is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend days at the beach in Puerto de Sóller where you can enjoy all the activities you want. It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, therefore it is an ideal starting point for hiking routes.

Adults only!! Great, friendly apartment for two people on our finca in Llucmajor, in the middle of a beautiful garden with pool. Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
