Balcone Crimaldi is a typical house in the historic center. Thanks to the conical shape of the town, you can see from every corner an overhanging view of the ancient roofs and the coast. The house is surrounded by the original marble stairs, which still constitute the public streets of the center. No landing is on the same level as the others, so from every window you have a unique view of the sea and the islands. Our little house has a very long history, today it is a refuge for travelers.

"The small apartment on the farm" is one of three apartments that are part of our organic farm, facing the Aeolian Islands. The apartment has a nice open-plan space and is adjacent to the pool.
