Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

This is a penthouse apartment (4th floor) with stunning sea views. It is a one bedroomed west facing apartment, newly refurbished to a very high standard. This apartment building has a lift. The apartment has a private underground garage space also. Tastefully decorated with a spacious light and airy feel . Ideally situated with a choice of many things to do and so close . 100m walk to the sea. 400m walk to the Port & Marina. Baviera Golf is very close by , just 2km drive from the apartment.
