You get the feeling of being "alone in the whole world" despite 7 minutes to Fagernes town. Mindfulness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is electricity and wood burning. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. Plenty of parking space. A hammock that you can hang up between the trees outside the cabin - for a relaxing afternoon nap, or a night under the open sky. Possible to rent bed linen.

In winter, a ski slope is made in and past the cabin – parking is then 1 km from the cabin.

Kort vei til snaufjellet, flotte turmuligheter, fiske, bading og langrenn, i tillegg til seterliv på Håvardsrud og kulturarven på Rjukan, som står på UNESCOs verdensarvliste. Gaustablikk skisenter ligger 50 km fra hytta. Hytta passer godt for familier og gjester som ønsker ro, natur, utsikt og gode opplevelser året rundt.
