Lower guest suite is centrally located just a short 5 minute walk to Queen St, where you have access to 24/7 public transit to the City downtown core, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and parks. The space offers everything for a comfortable stay, including washer/dryer, fridge, and a small kitchenette for prepping light meals. *Note: There is no parking on the property though permits are available from the City. The cost ranges from $20 to $45. Let us know if you need parking before booking.

Loft-Style Private Studio Little Italy/Ossington

From the exposed brick, to original artwork, to massive private bathroom with double vanity, this basement suite in our home has been renovated and decorated to feel like a loft. The double bed is brand new with a 16" mattress sure to deliver an excellent night's sleep. You will find a brand new, 42" smart TV resting on a unique mantlepiece refashioned from an antique upright piano, as well as a kitchenette with convection oven/air fryer, Keurig coffeemaker, and stainless steel mini fridge.

Locally, almost everything you might need is nearby; playgrounds, parks, grocery stores, restaurants and pubs, and a quick bus ride will get you to the beach. I am close enough to the train line that you will hear the trains a bit. The bedrooms face the other way, though.
