North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Perfect spot for relaxation, nature, cycling, golf, water sports and culinary delights. More information about the house can be found in the photos.

Friesensteern - thatched house in the heart of Eiderstedt

The Friesensteern is a lovingly restored, listed thatched roof house in a secluded location – together with the separately rentable school house, it is located on a wharf in the middle of the wide landscape of Eiderstedt. No traffic, no windmills, no electricity poles – only pastures, sky and North Frisian tranquility. Hidden places on the large property invite you to read, dream and breathe deeply. A retreat for those who seek nature, silence and something special.

The (semi-) island is accessible via a causeway. The lütte Reethuus was already mentioned in 1803 and has a very special charm. The house has just been renovated with a lot of love and you will find space for up to 4 people. Nordstrand offers many leisure activities: cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, swimming, inline skating ... and much more. From the harbor you can reach the Halligen and neighboring islands (Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt) by boat.

Where mermaids live, the water is not far away. Surrounded by the Treene and Eider rivers and canals and not far from the North Sea beaches, all possibilities are open to water lovers. It is only a few steps to the cafes, restaurants, heart-blood-run shops, galleries and museums.

The "Friesenstuv" is centrally located in the port town of Tönning. This apartment was renovated and furnished in 2022 with a lot of love for detail. Pets are also welcome. On the terrace you will find a cozy sitting area and two deck chairs. A grill is also at your disposal. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each of which is equipped with high-quality box-spring beds. In the bathroom you will find a sauna with access to the terrace for relaxation.

Our vacation home in Swinemünde, located on the edge of Tönning, offers a quiet location overlooking the fields of Eiderstedt. In a few minutes, the beach and the historic city center can be reached. The house has 10 sleeping places and offers entertainment such as a sauna, hot tub (extra charge), pool table, foosball and a garden swing. Please bring your own duvet covers and sheets. Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

"Blockhütte" Quellental in wonderful surroundings

Welcome to our little log cabin! The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.

Two to four adults and their entourage will feel very comfortable in this spacious and special accommodation. The architecture is more like American country houses, although the Scandinavian touch is strong here. Let yourself be surprised by the detached country house with a fenced property.
