North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. The hidden nest under the thatched roof

The small cuddle nest is hidden under the thatched roof of the cultural monument Mars-Skipper-Hof. Surrounded by the wonderful natural landscape of the Eiderstedt peninsula, where a variety of experiences await visitors, the small apartment offers a nice place to rest and relax. Around the yard there is an area with stations for sensory training and perception training. Well suited for relaxing and unwinding. Consumer electronics are deliberately avoided.

Feel at home in other rooms for a short time!

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

Fischerkate Tant 'Emmi in Tönning

Our cozy vacation home Tant' Emmi is located in the center of Tönning. Within walking distance you can be at the harbor, the marketplace or the Eiderdeich. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 5 people. Tant' Emmi is prepared for children to visit. There are books, toys and board games. There is a shed in the garden where you can park your bikes dry. On the terrace you can sit comfortably and there is a barbecue grill.

The apartment "Kiebitz" is one of 3 apartments in the vacation home "Lieblingsnest", which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the municipality of Kating on the North Sea peninsula of Eiderstedt, not far from the nature and bird sanctuary Katinger Watt, the romantic harbor town of Tönning and the North Sea resort hotspot St. Peter-Ording. In the impressive apartment of the listed residential and commercial building, a partial area has been converted into a duplex. This exceptional apartment with the stairs inside the living room is sunny. The bedroom is in the attic. The magnificent shower room is well ventilated with a high window. The unusually large kitchen has a seating area and an exit to the balcony. Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer!

von Esmarch - Isbuedel between the harbor & market

Our "large" apartment is 85 m², on the 2nd floor of the birthplace of Friedrich von Esmarch. The heart of the apartment is the open kitchen with seating, which leads to the spacious living room. The entrance hall leads to the small bedroom. The main wing connects the shower room, with double sink and rain shower, to the large bedroom. The whole apartment is equipped with white floorboards. So, have a nice time!!

Small happiness - secluded location, sauna

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.
